The user with id ******* does not have the right add_item
Hi,
How to fix this issue
"The app returned "The user with id ********** does not have the right add_item on this".
i'm trying to add an campaign lead item on my app but I cannot on it.
-
Check that a member field in the item you are creating or modifying does not existing the workspace for the item you are creating or modifying and or check that you have not disabled adds or edits by users on the app in the app advanced settings
-
Either the user you selected in the Create Item actions's opt/Authentication isn't member of the workspace where the app Campaign Lead is in or in the settings/advanced of the app "Don't let members add items to this app" is activated.
Please note: If that app setting option is activated (and you want to keep that) you must select in the opt menue of the Create Item action a user who has admin rights in that workspace. The default authentication "user" "The app itself (recommended)" has the same rights like a regular member. So with authentication "The app itself" and the app setting "Don't let members add items to this app" activated the flow can't create an item. If the app setting "Don't let members add items to this app" activated you should see a "Restricted" warning in the Create item action.

Can anyone help with this? I really need help -
Might need to send this one to Support. https://support.citrix.com/cscase#/podio
Be sure to make support@podio.com an admin member of your workspace and tell them you did so in the ticket details so they do not waste time sending you and email asking for that access.

Hello! I had some erros like that. It happens that some actions on globiflow need to be triggered from an user.
So the admins appear to be selected, and this user must have the access to the app.
Sometimes we have admin members that does not have access to all workspaces, so be sure all flows that need an user (like sharing an item) to be set with an user with full access.
At least it was my case, so I am sharing if someone look for it in the future.
