Filtering incoming text messages that say specific key words

For example:

When I receive a text message saying "Wrong", "Not", "No", I want those specific phone numbers to be deleted from an active lead.

Rather than going through each phone number for a lead, and deleting that specific number, it would save a lot of time if this was automatically done for me.

Not a very elaborate question but I am hoping you get my point!

  hey Zach - That isn't too hard, you simply need to run a flow that triggers on receipt of the text (depending on how you do it it will either be on e aa new item, a new comment etc) and creates a search for the field/comment you want to look at and an IF statement for that modifier.
  
  Your challenge will be the context of the message, This is a blunt instrument method (ie. if a message contains "No" won't be able to determiine if this is "No" or "No Problem").
