I have opened a support ticket 2 weeks ago. No one responded until now
It looks like nothing has changed, despite your statements about recruiting a new team for it.
I don't know what to do. I have a serious bug and can't continue with it

Ha, I filed a ticket Apr 26 and haven't heard back since. Seems to me Podio has been abandoned by Citrix. I'll use it for as long as I can, but am actively looking for a replacement. I'd rather not. Maybe Citrix should try and sell Podio to another party, or make it indepent again.
