Is there a way to have a Podio selection check a box in RightSignature?

  Are you using a RightSignature Template or Document action from the flow? 
  
  Using the template and merge checkbox then if you send the word true in the merge field. 

  If you are creating your own PDF using RS Text Tags I am not sure you can default data into the field.

  Frank, there are two methods to interact with RightSignature via Podio's Workflow Automation. 
  
  Method one is using a RightSignature template as documented here: https://workflow-automation.podio.com/help/send-a-righttemplate.php
  
  Method two is sending a PDF via RightSignature (https://workflow-automation.podio.com/help/send-file-via-rightsignature.php) with Text Tags: https://workflow-automation.podio.com/help/using-rightsignature-text-tags.php
  
  So to answer the question as stated I would need to know which method is being used.

  Thanks Joel, I'm using Method One - Send a Right Template.

  So if you place a check box
  Click on it and then make sure set it as a merge field. 
  
  You will then in PWA feed a "1" I believe for it to be checked.
