Over the last few weeks and months, we have been working closely with customers and partners as they prepare to operate in the next normal of a complete remote or hybrid digital workforce. One of them being Citrix internally, as we are using our own technology to collaborate, get work done and help employees around the world return to office in a safe manner when allowed by the local environment. In the EU, we have been able to slowly re-open some locations whereas all employees in the US are still working remote.
With this first hand experience, we are able to share some of the best practices we have laid down in Citrix and used internally in close collaboration with employees, legal, security, facilities and others.
We are using Podio apps to organize areas such as:
- Conducting employee readiness surveys
- Identifying and managing the moments that matter most to employees upon returning to the workplace, such as where will they sit or how team and customer meetings will be handled
- Executing safety protocols
- Performing health screenings and self-certifications
- Designing communications strategies
The recommended surveys, communication or self-certification apps can be delivered using Podio, public webforms or from micro-apps within Citrix Workspace for a consistent and secure employee experience across any SaaS or virtual application used in your business.
