    Hi Darius

Twilio works really well with Podio and I've personally built dozens of systems like this.

You do not have to use Zapier for the integration.

Here's a link to a pre-created app pack with the Globiflow flows required to do this integration with Twilio

    https://podio.com/market/packs/148859-twilio-2-way-sms-text-messaging

If you are a member of the Globiflow for Podio Users workspace, it would be easier to help you with this question if you create a post on the "User Form" app there.  If you're not a member of this workspace, here's a link to join it: https://secure.globiflow.com/join_workspace.php

    Regards,

    Bill

Hi Darius - if you are looking for a more extensive twilio integration (so you can manage texts/calls/voicemails etc) you should check out smrtPhone.io - the only cloud phone system (with sales dialer) built for Podio.

Just FYI - there's a new app pack for Twilio available that supports 2-way text messaging and broadcast

    Twilio SMS Communicationshttps://podio.com/market/packs/191725

(Note that this pack could be customized to support text messaging using smrtPhone as well, and you'd get all of the other benefits of smrtPhone also)

    Twilio SMS PHP Quickstart
    1. Sign up for Twilio and purchase an SMS-enabled phone number.
    2. Check and install any prerequisites using Composer.
    3. Send your first SMS.
    4. Set up your development environment to send and receive messages.
    5. Receive inbound text messages.
    6. Reply to incoming messages with a return SMS.

Bill Carovano Hey! I downloaded the apps and am looking to finish this integration, I added the twilio details to the settings app. I know that a few things probably need to be done in globiflow to complete the integration. I'm trying to join the workspace but still haven't gotten access. Any suggestions?

Jonathan De Gouveia - sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by "I'm trying to join the workspace" - what workspace do you mean?  Are you referring to the workspace where you installed the Twilio SMS Communications app pack, or something else?

Hey Bill I tried to add a new broadcast group but the the flow does not work for what I am sure is obvious reasons, how do I create more broadcast groups and make them have the same flow as the other default broadcast groups that the app comes with? Bill Carovano

    Plush Stays -

You would need to create additional views on the Contacts app, and a button to the Broadcasts app that corresponds to each new view.

In the Broadcasts flow "1-1-2 Send Broadcast" you'll need to add some additional code to support your new views & buttons.

Note that the "Get Podio View" actions in 1-1-2 support a maximum of 999 items per collection
