Remove Connections on Organization Level

While it's possible to remove connections, it must be done individually by each organization member. I'd like to be able, as an admin of the organization, remove connections from all my members. We've been with Podio for many years, and unfortunately have gone through many staff members. Trying to @mention someone is like seeing a graveyard of ex-employees and we'd like to be able to clear that up for all our current staff without having to have a training session to teach everyone how to do it themselves.

Hi Eric,

I appreciate that feedback and understand the frustration of managing your connections through that area.

What I can do is to create a feature request, such that after removing a member using our "User Management" tool, there is an option to remove them from your connections as well.

That sounds great, so long as it removes them from the connections of all of our organization users.

To add to this... it would be great if I could choose to NOT share my connections with everyone else... I noticed that my connections pop into everyone else's connections. This should be fixed ASAP as some of these connections may be confidential.

Unfortunately, there is no way to hide the connections, but, I would suggest making a Product input request by accessing the link below:

Dev and planning Team can review this, but at the moment we would not have an implementation ETA.
