Webform Phone and email fields - reduce the options

More is not always better -

In a podio webform, we're trying to eliminate the many phone and email options for form users. The reason is that we use this data elsewhere and find that the number of options means people are less likely to provide accurate data. In other words, most users fill out the field and leave it as 'Other' - if we had only three options - Mobile, Home, Work - we'd get more accurate data. Having Other, Mobile, Home, Work, Fax, Private, etc... means people are less likely to choose one and leave the default. We'd like to nudge people into providing mobile numbers for the eventual potential of using SMS. 

Is there a way to only have a three options? I like the functionality of the fields and don't want to lose that by using text fields, but might have to resort to that if there's no way to do this.

  Hi Andrew,

  My team has built an extension for Podio called Dynamic Forms for Podio. The web form builder allows you to display and change the mask for phone number input.
