In my business, I am often on the phone with customers regarding their projects. I'm currently using my email to take notes and send these to myself as a way of keeping some sort of history on a client - not ideal.
I want to set up a simple app where I can take notes, and then relate this to the contact, project and possibly deliverable. This is easy enough to do.
However, is there a way to view all notes taken for a particular project in one chronological stream?
I would like to avoid having notes copied to a project as comment, as this could get too easily cluttered.
Could a calculation field in another app be set up to show this information?
I have seen other similar examples, but it would be great to hear other ideas the community has.
