Hi Matthew,
Thank you for contacting us here!
This is an excellent suggestion, let me add this as an item to our feature request. We are looking for ways to improve the platform and to meet member's needs.
You may follow feature enhancements here:
https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/200069188-Feature-Requests and updates on our blog site, here https://www.sharefile.com/blog/category/podio/All the best,

As I understand it, the date format is pickup from the users browser settings. Which would work fine, except many people who are not computer literate do not make to conscious effort to set their language and location correctly which means the date gets displayed differently to what they expect. For example, if you buy a Microsoft Windows computer, it will default to English (US) for spelling and date (mm/dd/yyyy) formats, no matter if you are located in the UK and use more logical date (dd/mm/yyyy) format. This causes problems when users are interacting with our forms (which is their fault) but ultimately not helpful when collecting data.
The ability to force it to use a particular date format is an essential feature in my opinion and had been requested many times before. I'm surprised it's not been implemented. -
Hi
Its been a year since I first raised this issue - its its been raised long before that by others using Podio.
Is there any update on this request.... surely this isn't a very complicated feature to add??!?!?!
Let me know becasue I feel this is an essential requirement to collecting reliable data from unreliable humans.
Thanks
