    Thanks for the fedback! We are considering updating colors/UI for a fresh look in the future, we have been updating UI in different areas of the app over the years but you are correct we have kept the same colors/blue header around for a long time.

    Thanks for sharing.

    First off, I am a of fan of Podio. I consider it the best collaboration solution in the market. I have tried Confluence, Ning, Yammer and the rest of the pack. None compare with the app driven model found in Podio. However, any application that remains the same for 7-8 years cannot be trusted in the long run. I have always felt that the best chance of survival for Podio is to be acquired by Google, so that it can be fused into GSuite. Then we would have an ecosystem of applications will provide business users with the confidence that it will continue to thrive.

    I totally agree with you guys, Podio is amazing. It's power overcome most of the apps out there, but at the same time, there are some "gaps" that are so basic I can't even believe Podio has not done anything about them in the last years. For example:

    - It's not possible to limit who can view/edit specific apps and items and appfields within a workspace;

    - The report features are too few. There should be a lot more possibilities, including graphs and charts types to create reports;

    - It's hard to print reports, and the layout is not professional;

    - We cannot choose wich elements to include when printing an item (fields, comments, etc...);

    - Show all the related items elements (fields) when printing;

    - There could be more type of fields to choose when building an app, for example: Header, Footer, Section lines, etc;

    - There could be options to organize the layout display of items, not only to view but also to print;

    - Multiple items editing;

    - There are only 8 (very faded) colors to choose in the category fields!!;

    - There are no real dashboard. It would be awesome to create different dashboards to display on a screen;

    - The layout is pratically the same for ever;

    Sometimes, I am a little affraid of the future of Podio. It feels that this (AMAZING) tool is neglected or there are no plans for it.

    Thanks for sharing. Fernando did you try our Premium plan as we have charts available here and more advanced reporting from the advanced workflow automation tool?

    We will continue to add features and improve Podio in the future :)

    Hello Sara,

    Yes, I currently use Premium plan. Some of the things I listed in my previous comment is possible when using Globiflow, but not practical.

    I'm really worried about Podio. When looking for materials on the internet, there are too few, and most from more than 4 years ago. I asked the support about what are the plans for Podio but they didn't answer anything consistent, and they take too long to answer (you took 5 months to answer here!!). You guys keep saying you will continue to add features, but they are too few and not so important.

    I'm sorry for the things I said, I really like Podio, but how Citrix is dealing with it since it was bought worries me.
