Ability To Filter Activity Stream For Individual Members Actions

I would like the ability to select a member individually from an organization and specifically look at only their activity as well as filter that activity for a specific date(s) of time (ie. March 5, 2019 - March 5, 2020).  There is the option to view activity streams, but not to filter or break it down in any way.

  I agree completely on this one. I have sales people that are adding hundreds of leads/day and I can't possibly see each person's updates without the filter.
