Billling assistance

Hello,

I submitted a ticket 3 days ago and nobody has responded.  I need help with billing.  I have attempted to update my billing credit card for the last 3 months and it simply will not update.  I have inputed the new information and saved it multiple times, but the system is still billing my old card.   I need somebody to help with this.
