Where is Billing Support? No form of support on here at all.
Our company purchased Podio (1 year / 15 users) only to discover 2 weeks later that this platform will not work. I am hesitant to end the plan without talking to someone at this company to see if I can get a refund for the difference. We have tried contacting support 3 separate times and 3 separate employees. This company is a disaster. How do you get in touch with a human? This isn't acceptable at all.
