Changing Organisation Domain HELP!!!

Due to a change of web URL and subsequently email addresses, I need to change the domain registered to organisation. The account and organisation was set up prior to me joining the organisation so I'm trying to get to grips with the details that was first registered. 

Visiting this page (https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/articles/201019048-Changing-or-adding-a-domain) yields zero success as it simply tells me the advantage of registering a domain and to "contact Support" to do so. Clicking the "contact support" link takes me to a searchable/automated FAQ page, if i put into the search box "change domain" it links me to the page I have just come from! If I click "submit a ticket" i get to a page telling me Podio doesn't offer phone support!

We are a small non-profit, supporting development projects in central Africa. In order to properly manage our donations and partner projects we pay Podio nearly $500/year from our limited budget. In exchange for this we get a system we can't use properly as we can't get the correct domain registered therefore we can't add our employees to the employee network or give external user access to volunteers. 

 

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can check the registered domain and get the proper one registered on our Podio organisation?

April here with the Podio team. I suggest submitting a support ticket for this; we can take a look in our system and update things as needed if you do.

You have to actually contact support and ask them to change the domain, only they can change it.

You can't do it yourself.
