Add clickable link in webform

We have an app from which people submit tickets by choosing their name in a dropdown list. I want to add a clickable link to this webform to another webform which will add them to the list if they are not on it. I did some research and found something using calculation field, but I cant manage to make it work. 

I want to add something like this to the webform:
If your name is not in the dropdown list you can add it here. ("here" being the link to the other webform)

Is it possible to do this?

  Hi Davor, I am looking for the same. Did you ever figure it out? Not sure if it is supported.
