Calculation field only detecting one of the apps in Relationship Field

I have a Calculation field with two variables, one of them pointing to a Relationship Field.

The problem that I'm having is, there are two apps referenced by this Relationship Field (App1 and App2), but when I type in @ sign in the Calculation field, only one of the reference apps came up, so I can only get this in Calculation Field:

@Title + @All of App1

Here are my questions:

1. How do I get reference to @All of App2 in the Relationship Field? Obviously right now only the entries with App1 field values shows up in Calculation Field, but all entries with App2 field value don't show up.

2. Does Podio Calculation field only detects the one or first reference app in the Relationship field only? If yes, then how can I possibly get this to work?

3. Basically is it possible to get a Calculation field that will allow me to get:

@Title + @All of App 1 / @All of App 2 (whichever is the field value)

  Enter the full name of the field you want to reference - and the list gets smaller. Then select it via app 1 or app 2:
  @All of full name of the field
