Does anyone have recommendations for software to help me design my workspace and app architecture

I'm looking for something that can visually show me which apps are related etc.

Are you looking for something to read your existing workspaces and apps to create a document for you? Or are you looking for something to help you create the initial design?

Sorry, I don’t know of anything that has that capability. If you were just starting out, there is a Udemy.com course I’m watching that explains how to scope out a new workspace and applications using Lucidchart and a custom Podio app they wrote.

I hope you find what you need.

If you have Globiflow, you get a visual chart of relationships between apps.

I also strongly recommend trying the Podio Insights tool

I have no affiliation, and am impressed by the extra details it gives!

e.g. for visualising where calculations are getting their data, for debugging name changes of fields, etc.
