Possible to move links in a tile around? Or edit them?

Not sure if it possible, I can't figure out how if so, to move links around in a Tile. When you ad a new link, it gets automatically added to the bottom, but I would like to reorder them. In order to do so now - as I understand it - I have to delete all the previous ones. 

If it is possible, would be very grateful if someone explained me how I can achieve this. Including editing of a link (text / url)
