    I am very worried about what is happening to Podio. I opened 2 support tickets and have been waiting 3 weeks for an answer. They used to reply fast and also via podio chat. Not happening anymore. I wonder what's happening with the company, all the previous support people don't work there anymore

    Hey Mick, I recently posted on this topic:  Serious concerns about Podio support

    Sara from Podio replied, in case you want to check out her response there. The relevant bit was: "We strive to be able to respond to tickets within the same day in weekdays however we currently have a bit of a backlog and are working to get back to former standards. We agree it is not acceptable to wait 2-3 weeks for an answer. I hope we can improve this experience for you again."

    Thank you Shaheen, that was actually very helpful. I just need to hear that there's still a community and someone on the other side.
    Also, support just answered to a ticket I opened few hours ago so that is a good sign.

    I've heard that Podio has won some really big multinational clients and that has put a big stress on their systems, causing the recent outage, and in turn stress on their team. Although, I don't understand why it's so quiet on this forum lately! It was much more active a year or so ago. I guess maybe because  Podio isn't replying as much people are giving up on posting.
