Migrating App Data to New Workspace

Hello! I am hiring a contractor and would like to set up a contractor-specific workspace. I'd like the apps to mirrior each other in the contractor-specific workspace and my workspace. I can code this in Globiflow, so no problem there.

The issue I'm running into is how I can migrate my current app data into the new workspace. Any way to get this done?

I need help with this due to data sensitivity. I don't want to provide access to my entire workspace, so I need to set up a contractor workspace with a select few apps and figured this could be a good way to go about it.

  You can do it using the Podio extension https://podiocopy.phases.dk/

  Hi Brandon - to do the initial migration, you can clone the app and its content using the option shown below
