    You can't add a link in the webform, but you can  do it (ex: <a href="http://www.link.com" target="_blank">Terms and conditons</a> in the title/description of webform. I know that is not really cool to start with it. but it's a solution. Some external solution can also be used to create a webform and use zapier or GF to send data and create item in Podio.

    Thank you Jean-Claude for the suggestion It does sound like the only solution I can take at the moment (by using the title/description area).

    Initially I thought I could use combination of Formidable Pro (it's a WordPress site) + Zapier. Problem is, it didn't allow me to populate Contact fields. Bummer!

    After being paying customer for 3 years, I still feel Podio needs to go out more, to see what people are using out there, then try to make their own product better...
