    Look at this: http://www.globiflow.com/blog/implementing-a-payment-form-in-podio-using-globiflow-and-jotform.php

This is possible and this is one of many possibilities.

    Hi Jean-Claude,

    Thank you for the information.

I had looked at this yesterday, and it did catch my attention. However it would be another software for us to invest in and we would prefer not to do that. It also requires manual entry of each product and we have over 200. It would be a pain to have to manually edit each product in the form each time there was a price change or a new product version.

    Do you have any alternatives?

    Thanks,

You can try a custom integration for paypal and use GF external link from the invoice app. I never try, but this should work.

    Jean-Claude,

How exactly would I go about this?

I really appreciate your help and advice!

    Many thanks,

I think the easiest way is to use the paypal button and webhook. You need a business account for that. Look in the Paypal API docs to know more.

Hi, I am trying to do the exact same thing.

We are having an event and i need the participants to fill out a form and depending on their choices, they will have a different price to pay. I need the form to connect to paypal and list the correct amount.

Did you finally figure out how to do it?

    Thanks

Hi Julie. I sent you a Podio message. There's a lot of option depending if you want your user to go to a link and pay or just send them an invoice for example.

    Hi Rainer,

there's more than one solution depending of your needs. I guess this is why there's no solution posted anywhere.

If you want to send an invoice, you can use the POST action in GF to make a request to Paypal API (https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/invoicing/). And use webhooks to receive information about status and payment received.

If you need to embed something, you can use GF external link flow and create a paypal form button/integration (https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/paypal-payments-standard/integration-guide/formbasics/)

And I think you can also create some payment button into your account and use it correctly in External link.

The easiest way actually is to use a third party form app like Jotform/Cognito...
