Prefill Embeded Webform?

Is it possible to prefill embedded forms? Thanks in advance.

  @Rainer,

   

  That only shows a working example for using the podio share form link. I can get that working just fine, but can't get the form on a custom domain to pre-fill.

   

  Just appending the same pre-fill I use on the podio share link to the page the webform is embedded on my site it doesn't work.
