Email to App failed to parse

Hi,

I was triying to send email piece using Email To App.

I send simple test message and it created the item succesfully.

Than I send the email piece I got from my mailling provider and it didn't create the item.

Any idea why it can happen? How can debug it?

Podio Support doesn't know to give an answer and it's very annoying since i don't have any control of the template the mailling provider generating

  Hi!

  If the mailing provider adds the "auto-generated" email header then Podio won't process it. I've been in contact with support on this before.
