My podio used to generate an automatic email to freelancing

We recently had our in house Podio expert leave : ( and now we have an issue and I'm hoping you can me with. We used to have an email automatically sent to a freelancer when they were booked in and up until 4 days ago it was working. Now it isn't - can you help me with this?

  Its hard to help without knowing all the details. It might be good idea to use Carl-Fredrik help to nail down the problem.
