    Hi Kirk and Jean-Claude, 

    the issue has been fixed and both your tickets has been updated.

    I can also confirm that the issue was happening when the webform app and the app containing the prefilled item were living on different workspaces.

    When I inspect the form I see this:

    <option value="356785699">Nevada</option>
    <option selected="selected" value="356785701">New York</option>
    <option value="356785702">Ohio</option>

    ...so the option is selected, but not displaying for some reason???

    It's seem that, if your relationship is from another workspace, this may causse issue with prefilling field.
