Podio Zapier Integration Issues

My Zaps were working fine up until Sunday morning (two days ago) its an issue both Podio and Zapier are aware of, each have said that its an issue with regards to changes at the other end, so someone has changed something.

Anyway further to the point has anyone had this before, and do they know a work around? 

api.podio.com returned (400) Bad Request and said "Invalid value null (null): must be one of {'home', 'work', 'other'}"

I have tried removing the telephone number field so it is blank in Zapier but still not working.

Any help really appreciated as its costing us money right now.

We've flagged this with Zapier and it's a problem on their end. They are actively working on fixing it.
