Hi Antoinette! Glad you are loving Podio so far.

I wouldn't recommend storing your images in a separate app, this is not really how relationships are meant to work. Instead you can store the images on your hard drive (or in a shared drive if other team members will need access), then just add them via an image field straight to the app where you want to use the images.

    Does that make sense?

I have a similar need - I've got about 30 images that I need to use in multiple configurations, in hundreds of items, many automatically generated by GlobiFlow. I don't want to keep loading the same images over and over. Much better to load them to an app, and then relate to them. Only problem is, in Item view and in Badge view the relationships won't show the pic (only its name).

Is there a workaround for this? eg JS markdown?

Hello Superbee! It's great to hear that you're enjoying using Podio. To ensure that images from the IMAGES APP appear in the PRODUCT app when related, you need to set up the relationship field correctly. Here are the general steps to achieve this:

    1. In the PRODUCT app, make sure you have a "Relationship" field to link to the IMAGES APP. You can create this field if you haven't already.

    2. When relating an image to a product, select the appropriate image from the IMAGES APP using the relationship field you've created in the PRODUCT app.

    3. In your PRODUCT app view, make sure you have added the "Image" field to display the related images. You can customize your view to include the image field along with other product information.

If the images are still not appearing in the PRODUCT app, please check if the relationship is set up correctly, and make sure you have configured your view to display the cursed bunny images field. If you encounter any specific issues or need further assistance, feel free to provide more details, and I'll do my best to help.
