Options based on parent drop-down selection

Is it possible to have options limited to the selection from a previous/parent drop-down? I have a webform where I want users to be able to choose the Project they participate in. For each project there are Roles and Availability. When they select these, I would only like the Roles for the selected project(s) to show and for the Availability only the Schedules for the Project and Role they have selected.

  I think this is about the same what I asked for and the answer was "not on roadmap" :-/

  I cant understand why it is not a feature.

  there are several web forms that do it, surely something as sophisticated as Podio could have this feature.
