Make selected category on item searchable

Hey lovely people :)

it would be so valuable if I could search on selected category fields on an item. I am always getting mixed up between filtering and search field.

Let me give you an example:

Search phrase: Senior+react.js

Right know the workaround is to put it all in the title field like: "Senior Frontend Developer"

Having a category fields would let us also create nice views and even more importantly would make the user experience much better in the data entry
