Cloned app, but need to clone data across too!

Hi Guys,

I wonder if anyone might be able to offer some help or advice with the following please.

We have cloned our leads app over to a new workspace, however, all the data within the old leads app remains in it's original workspace. Is there any method of bringing all the data over to the new app/workspace?

In particular the "new app" table view lacks much of the original content, which may prove to be a problem for our VA when she's following up with previous customers.

  Please select the check box "Also clone the contents of the app" when you clone the app. Please see the screenshot

  

  You may need to use the extension https://podiocopy.phases.dk/ if you want to clone the comments and tasks from the leads app

  Many thanks for the information.

  The extension for Podio looks perfect, but will it copy across all types of fields:

  i.e.: Text, Category, Relationship, Phone, Money etc?

  Hi Steve,

  Yes the Podio Copy extension will copy all data across but there is some limitations on Calculation and Reference fields.
