Help - Advanced Workflow lag and creating more tasks than should

Hey guys,

I'm having a couple of issues with workflows where #1 would be them creating more tasks than they should. I'd have it set to create 1 task and it'll end up creating 2 or 3.. even 4. It's a big issue because we work with many leads and we don't want multiple tasks being created when there should only be one.

I've made sure there weren't any duplicate workflows that could be creating the same tasks.

 

#2 My next issue is my workflows take a minute sometimes to actually execute which just slows our process down. 

 

Any solutions or suggestions to these problems will be of great help.

  We have been having the same exact issue.  I've double checked the flows and they are absolutely built correctly.

  Seeing that this originally posted in 2016 and it is now 2018, I am assuming this is a bug that paying customers will have to just deal with?

  We're now experiencing the duplication of tasks as well. Is there an official solution for this or are we just supposed to submit a ticket? I know the workflows are set up correctly. They've been triggering fine and just this past week have been creating 2 and 3 duplicate tasks per workflow.

  I am also experiencing the same issue. Again, as posters below are indicating, the workflow seems to be correct, only to then have multiple duplicate tasks populate once the workflow is run. I see that Podio is asking for people to submit work tickets, but what is being done with them once submitted?
