Help - Advanced Workflow lag and creating more tasks than should

    We have been having the same exact issue.  I've double checked the flows and they are absolutely built correctly.

    Seeing that this originally posted in 2016 and it is now 2018, I am assuming this is a bug that paying customers will have to just deal with?

    We're now experiencing the duplication of tasks as well. Is there an official solution for this or are we just supposed to submit a ticket? I know the workflows are set up correctly. They've been triggering fine and just this past week have been creating 2 and 3 duplicate tasks per workflow.

    I am also experiencing the same issue. Again, as posters below are indicating, the workflow seems to be correct, only to then have multiple duplicate tasks populate once the workflow is run. I see that Podio is asking for people to submit work tickets, but what is being done with them once submitted?
