    Hi Brock,

Thanks for sharing your feedback on this!

It would be interesting to hear a bit more about how your app looks and how the items are named. Could it be that they have very similar names and therefor you'd be prompted to be this exact? If you have very many items in your app and similar names occur an alternative can also be to paste in the item url directly in the relationship field. Have you tried this?

    Hey Charlie,

So it's not a problem with exact naming, because if that was the case we would just add an auto generated number into it's title. The titles are calculated based on options in the record, usually something like this:

    (Bar) - Till Operator - Paid - Recovery 1 Jan 4:00pm-12:00am (1 free)

The names all have similar traits, dates, team names, how many shifts free on the end. But that isn't the problem. For this record if I was going to search for this normally, say the Search Bar in Podio I could just type in "Bar 1 Jan" and it would come up. But if I searched like this in the relationship field search it would come up with no results. I have to type in exactly how it is written, and this often requires me having to have an extra Podio window open of that record and typing in exactly it's name to get the result.

I've found that it's actually records that have a calculation as title aren't parsed correctly in the search. If it is a normal text field it's relating too the search can use any keywords from those fields.
