Show only connections/employees of organization

The overview of connections on the individual start-up page should have an option to show only the connections/employees of specific organizations. Currently it can only show all connections of a user, across all organizations (s)he is a member of.

This added feature would be particularly useful for users who work across several Podio organizations with many connections.

  Connections need more controls for both admin and the individual user... very important.
