The change you wanted was rejected - help!

I have installed a podio webform on on website which has been fantastic and it has been working smoothly up until now, where I seem to be getting people complaining about the following alert message:
The change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Currently, we are not experiencing any issues with our webforms, so would like to collect more information abut this specific problem.
