Workflow with Relationship fields

Hello,

We have an app with relationships to other apps, like a Course with Reference to a Location, which both are apps.
What we want to do is to make a workflow, that depends on the referenced location (which is a Relationship field in Course) ..

Unfortunately I can not select this field in "And if..." ... this is also the case if I calculate something.. Why can't I select these relationship fields in a Workflow as a condition? What am I doing wrong? For me it looks like a bug or something very important that is missing in Podio... like that relationship fields are a bit pointless...

So, can anybody please help me how to use relationship fields in the "And if " condition in a workflow?

Hi Ben,

Unfortunately workflows do currently not support conditions on relationship fields. Relationship fields are supported in calculation fields, however.

Can you elaborate on your use case? Maybe I can help out with a solution then.
