I think that it will be wonderful if I can save a view, other then private or public, for a linking app too. This view would be the default for Related Items.

+up!! This is much needed! The ability to choose which related apps/items to display removes unwanted clutter!

Also, please consider the option to show the related items in a table.

I'm building an app to manage legal actions in court, and there are hundreds of steps that will be related to each suit.

    If I can't filter them, I don't think it's going to work...

Just an idea for developers: it could be implemented by giving administrators an option to choose a default view to display related items. So the order, the amount of items and other parameters could be controlled. And the click to the related items section title will go to this particular view. You could even show the name of this default view in the section title (and a dropdown menu to choose - or just go to - other views).

Example: I'm creating a relation field in the app B (to pick items from the app A). Now there is a setting to choose a view of the app A to use in the relation field. So, the same way, there could be an option added to choose a view of the app B, which will display related items in the app A. Hope the idea is clear :)

    Regards,
    Eugene

Even just starting with the option to hide the related items would be a huge help.

Add me to the list of customers that would greatly benefit from this if it was made available. Will this feature be developed and when?

This so needed. Related items can get VERY messy very soon. Would be better if they at least where listed as a normal list, not these card things.

This is three years old and needs to be addressed.

I have users being confused by these fields at the bottom of the screen - especially as there is no way to edit what is shown here. Which Test Result in this list is the one that I want? They have all taken the name of the record that they are attached to - Value of this NIL.

I would definitely like more control... the ability to hide those at the bottom... to limit the amount of space it takes up on the page... and everything everyon here is saying
