What could be the reason that I can not open PODIO apps? (everytime I try to open apps its blank space)

  Do you have items in your apps? If you don't create items it will appear blank.

  There are some items, and I know that it shouldn't be blank, but I cant create any apps

  Are you allowed to create apps in that workspace? If your member role is "light user" you can't create apps in that workspace. If you don't see items e.g. in table view on the app start page, just try to refresh the page in your browser.

  Previously I was able to open apps and now I cant. Could it be problem in my computer? Do I need to download any programs for apps opening?

  You don't need any programs to open apps, only your browser. That sounds strange. Best would be to submit a support ticket https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new . And tell them which browser (plus version) you use. Do I understand you right that when you click "add app" nothing happens?
