Copy fields between apps

When I do a relation field from another app; I would like to clone some fields from app 1 to app 2 it is it possible.
In fact in one app I have all the comercial information of the lead, and once I confirm a Meeting I have another app with all the information after the meeting, and I would like to have some reports with info from the app 1 (leads) and the app 2 (Meeting) it is possible?

  You can create workflows that trigger based upon actions that occur in apps that can grab data from one app and place it in the other. Does that answer your question?

  You can use calculation fields to show data from one item in another (related) item.
