Filter: Enable AND filter

Currently, the filter is only available as an OR filter (e.g. one can filter all items that match category 1 AND category 2). It would be tremendously useful to also have an AND filter.

  No updates on this at this very moment. Thanks for adding your vote on it though. Hopefully it's something that we can add further along the road. I definitely like the idea and can see it can come in handy :-)
