logical operators in filter items

This was asked elsewhere but as a request for a feature add it would be nice to have a choice to choose a different logical operator when filtering.

Currently everything is done as an or within a single field search (i.e. if I select brown and blue as colors I get both brown or blue records ). In cases where multiples are allowed on searchable fields it is very possible to get into situation where you want to find things where Brown and Blue are selected but not where just Brown or just Blue is selected.

We need filter capabilities that are as strong as the data possibilites.
