Groups for External Clients

Is there a way that you can create groups for external clients so that when I use @ I can @ the group name and all members of the group will get notified. This helps greatly when dealing with multiple people not having to tag each individual.

  Hi Manny,

  That is a great suggestion. I will bring this up with our team for further discussion.

  In the mean time you can @mention an entire workspace by typing @ followed by the workspace name. If the clients are in a single workspace this will send a notification to all workspace members.
