    Hi Forrest,

you can do that with a tricky calculation field in the project and also compare the project progress in an overview e.g in a reports app for all projects - see screenshots: result single project, result report

Rainer - is this realized through available functions in the frontend of podio? Is visualization part of premium plan?

    Hi Dirk,

no premium necessary. It's a simple calculation field. The bar is an image, which is build through an URL (it's a free external service, but can also be implemented on the own web server). But instead of the image you can use other elements for indicating the progress, which don't look so nice and generate more work to build a bar. http://goo.gl/6sBr1p

I use the second solution for creating tables e.g. for showing how many work hours are planned for each staff member for each work day during the next 3 weeks (one black element for each planned hour, one white element for each available hour = 8 elements in one table cell).

    Hello Rainer,

I want to do what you did. I want to show a progressbar in a calculation field.

Do you have some examples please?

    Thanks
