HTTP link handling in IOS app

Hi,

I thought I saw a post about this some days ago, but currently cannot find it, so I open a new one.

In the web version and in the Android app text/calculated fields containing an URL are treated as such and the link can be opened. Not so in the IOS app!

Because of this behavior we had to change from "calculating" a link to use the "embed" field and API hooks - which has the disadvantage of being user editable (please see my question about readonly fields here: https://help.podio.com/hc/communities/public/questions/204286448-readonly-fields)

Is this going to be fixed?

Hi Andreas,

URLs added in link and text fields should work fine to open also via the iOS app. Grabbed via a calculation field it would not though as it looks today. If you can reach out to us in a private support ticket we can take a closer look at it with you :-)
