Podio app for gmail

So I've been using the Podio add on app for gmail and now Google have released this new inbox. Looks like that is the direction Google will be going with the gmail app we've gotten used to. Bad news - I cannot find the Podio plug in any more! That is such a handy feature to create tasks from within the mail I'd hate to lose that. Any ideas from anyone?

  Hi Craig,

  just my two cents (and sorry, no solution):

  Inbox is an alternative to regular GMail, but as far as I understand (we are also a Google Apps Reseller), the regular GMail interface will not be discontinued. Inbox is only meant as an alternative.

  In addition, Inbox (currently?) does not support third-party extension like Gmail does. :(

  Thanks Stefan - gives me some hope to carry on with this solution for a while. Let's hope that Inbox does start supporting some of the apps going forward...
