Hello Podio Experts (we need a collective name, maybe Podiators?)
Does anyone have experience connecting a CTI system with Podio? The service management use case is
- A customer is calling the service desk
- the CTI system recognised the incoming call number in a Podio customer contact app
- Podio automatically opens the customer service record item or creates a new item pre-populated with the customer data including telephone number.
- The service desk operator looks really clever by saying the customers name and having the recent service history directly available
If anyone has done this, could you please tell me how and which CTI system did you use?
