Re-order Referenced Items

Hi, I am creating a quoting app in which we reference the actual line items from another app. I was wondering if there was a way we could re-order the items once we have referenced them? Sometimes we'll dump a whole heap of line items in and then want to organise them in order on the quote?

  +1 from here. I created an App with projects that are numbered from 1 to 6 and then referenced them in another app. Problem is, i created the project-items in a random order. So now everytime i reference them in the other app, the list pops up and shows me the projects in the chaotic order i created them :-). I would like to be able to maybe sort them alphabetically oder even better, decide in which order they are shown.

  Oh, I see this is already possible. I created a custom view in the projects-app that orders the items alphabetically. Now i can reference this particular view in the other app and voilà...

  Hi

  If I change the app reference to custom view - will that break the existing relationship with the full app - or will it just change the order in which they appear...
