Required field if....

When creating (or modifying) an app, it would be nice if a field could be required only if it met another condition within the app. For example, in a project app, if a project is Type 'A', it wouldn't require another field to be filled, but if a project is Type 'B', then it would require it.

  Moreover, it would be wonderful if a field would only be visible if the project is Type 'B'.
